Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed within the United States of America. It is designed to provide clear and transparent information about our shipping practices, timelines, and delivery procedures. By placing an order with Living Loom Rugs, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A. Shipping Costs Within the United States
Living Loom Rugs offers free standard shipping on all rug orders within the United States. No additional domestic shipping charges are applied at checkout.
B. Order Processing, Handling & Transit Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
Please note the following important exceptions:
Many of our rugs are handcrafted or made to order, and production timelines may vary. Delivery for these items may take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on design complexity and craftsmanship requirements.
For large rugs (8 feet or wider) and hand-tufted rugs during winter months, shipping may require up to 2 additional weeks due to the latex curing process essential for product quality and durability.
C. Delivery Partners
We work with reputable national and international logistics providers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other trusted carriers, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your rug.
D. Change of Shipping Address
Shipping address changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address. For address change requests, please contact us immediately.
E. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
F. Order Cancellation
Orders canceled before shipment will be processed without penalty.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for guidance on next steps.
G. Damaged Parcels During Transit
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery and notifying us immediately.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence and damage is discovered afterward, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the damaged rug and packaging may be required to process your claim.
H. International Shipping Outside the United States
We offer free international shipping on rug orders shipped outside the United States, excluding select oversized or special-order rugs.
Please note:

Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by your country are not included and are the responsibility of the customer

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the package being returned or disposed of

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders lost due to unpaid customs duties
